What do BCE and CE mean?

BCE means "Before Common Era" and is the successor to BC (Before Christ).  CE means "Common Era" and is the successor to AD (anno Domini, which is Latin for "in the year of our Lord" or, informally, "advancing old age").

These well-known acronyms are in common use in most modern publications, and are favoured over the legacy BC and AD acronyms because they are not tied to a particular theology, their definitions are clearer, and they are logically ordered alphabetically.  Use of the BC and AD acronyms has already been eliminated in many educational environments.

What does "c." mean?

Lower-case abbreviation "c." means "circa" when it precedes a date, indicating that the date is not precisely known.

What is L.O.V.E.?

L.O.V.E. is an acronym for "Logical, Objective, Verifiable Evidence," which highlights the main aspects of Critical Thinking.
